About me.

I’m a customer-centric leader who drives growth and transformation through creativity, optimism, and tenacity. I excel at setting a clear vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning complex challenges into simple, scalable strategies. My superpower is getting things done while making it fun.

As a current Chief of Staff and former COO and CX leader, I’ve led transformations inside major corporations, tech companies, and nonprofits. I’ve built and rebuilt teams, scaled operations, and helped organizations deliver more human, customer-centered experiences—from global strategy to internal culture shifts.

I excel at building and leading teams, guiding people through change, helping others grow their careers, and collaboratively delivering work that brings value to the business and our customers.

More than anything, I am driven by a desire to get things done together. I love working for and within a team and seeing what we can accomplish. Every aspect of my career has included process and operational improvements of some kind — whether it’s in my job description or not — because not only am I driven to deliver, I am driven to deliver efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.
